Meeting, calendar, and call data
Meeting details, calendar events, participant information, call metadata, meeting notes, summaries, and related context when you authorize Sutando to access or interact with meetings, calendars, or calls.
Files and local application data
Files, folders, documents, code, notes, application data, or local system context that you choose to make available to Sutando or that Sutando accesses in order to complete tasks you request.
Connected services data
Information from third-party services you connect or authorize, such as email, calendar, contacts, messaging tools, phone systems, communication platforms, developer tools, browsers, cloud services, or other integrations.
Configuration and credential data
Settings, environment variables, API keys, tokens, verified caller lists, integration settings, device configuration, and other technical information required to operate the Service.

Sutando-specific processing
Sutando may interact with your computer, browser, files, meetings, calls, messages, and third-party applications when you authorize those capabilities.
Some Sutando functionality may run locally on your device. Other functionality may require sending information to our systems or third-party service providers, including AI model providers, voice and transcription providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, authentication providers, communications providers, and integration providers.
The information processed depends on the features you enable, the permissions you grant, the integrations you connect, and the tasks you ask Sutando to perform.
AI data processing
Sutando uses third-party AI services and model providers to power AI functionality. When you interact with Sutando:
- Your inputs, context, files, transcripts, screenshots, or other relevant data may be processed by third-party AI providers
- These providers may have their own privacy policies and terms
- We use reasonable measures to limit data shared with third parties to what is needed to provide the Service

Legal and safety requirements
When required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, systems, and the public.
