A failed install that heals itself

It confirmed the quarantine flag was a false positive, cleared it, killed the stale processes that were also breaking the UI, and messaged the developer the root cause. The developer can't peer-debug on every user's machine 24/7 — Sutando handles that last mile, on every machine.
